You can’t beat the bright cheerful yellow sunflower logo, you could just place it on an outling of the USA. The soaring eagle is good because it is a come-back icon symbolizing the return of wildlife in improved habitats. Here in NJ we have helped to restore hundreds of bald eagles to their riverside, and now inland, nesting areas.

Great photo of Jill…please add some videos so we can upload them to our GPNJ YouTube channel. We hope to host Jill at our convention on Mardh 17th at Rutgers University, New Brunswick.

I like the traditional GP sunflower on the poster image, but I wonder how you chose the number of stars and I’m not too pleased with the eagle.

It seems that the outer ring of stars might be 14 rather than 13 (a diagonal through the center cuts through the center of the 1st and 8th stars, so the remainder of the circle would apparently have six stars). And then what do the 8 stars in the center represent?

Although the official national bird, the Bald Eagle is a predator and a scavenger, and this one has an exaggerated beak, giving it an angry appearance. Maybe get some symbol more agreeable to Green values?

The photo needs color correction; it is too blue. If you just tell Picasa “I’m feeling lucky,” it is a big improvement. You should provide more than one photo; maybe something not so posed?
