Q: Is there anything else we should know?
A: I will be out of town from 10/6 to 10/21 so Shane Fermin will be the contact point in Orlando. I can re-contact the Grayson campaign once a date is picked to see if the campaigns can agree on format, topics, etc. I think a joint event with Allen Grayson would be a plus for both campaigns but no problem if a Green only event. A campaign representative to help with logistics prior to the event would be useful.

A: Yeah, nothing’s a foregone conclusion, battles are only won when you’re willing to take the chance of losing. And I’m tired of poor, brutally oppressed people around the world making the rest of us look like cowardly losers while they brave tanks, assassination, and repression the likes of which most of us can barely imagine. If the people of Bahrain can fight back, so can we. What do you want to tell your grand-kids you did while this country was becoming fascist?
