Here at the Got Democracy? Blog we strive to educate and activate
in order to move our democracy forward — on November 7th and beyond.

We deal with issues directly relevant to the office of Secretary of
State. State issues involving lobbying, campaign finance, corporate
behavior, impediments to effective state government, and direct
responsibilities of the Secretary are clearly relevant.

We do not include issues far outside the focus of the SoS, such as
foreign policy, federal energy policy, the war in Iraq, etc.
